Canada eh!

Hi! Canada Day is just a couple days away, so I thought I would make a project to honour that.  I haven't used my cricut expression in quite some time, so I figured it was time to use it again(well, that and also I have the Canada Day cartridge that I have had for years and never used!)

The CANADA eh! and the heart flag key chain were cut with the cricut expression and Canada Day cartridge, the gable box is an svg cutting file, that was altered and cut with silhouette designer studio.
I added a little bit of bling on the front of the box.  I love salt water taffy, so when I saw these red and white ones I thought they would be perfect.  However, I was snacking on them as I was creating this project, and I seemed to have ate most of them ( the 5 you see in the picture is literally all that is left). Ops, I guess I better get back to the candy store before Wednesday!

I Dig For Chocolate

Hello!  Today's project was created for a challenge over at SVG cutting files, all about the boys.  Since both the boys in my home, work with heavy equipment, I figures this back hoe file would be perfect for a boy themed challenge.

I used a peachy keen stamp for the face and added extra dimension by putting the tires on with pop dots.  The sentiment, I DIG FOR CHOCOLATE, is from Jaded Blossoms, Here's the Scoop! stamp set.  I attached it to the box with black and white twine and a button.   As always, every treat box needs a treat, so I thought these fun sized chocolates would be perfect for this project!

Scooped Just For You!

Good morning!  It is a beautiful, sunny, summer morning and a perfect day to post this project.

There's nothing yummier than a freshly scooped ice cream cone on a warm summer day!

The ice cream cone is a svg cuts file and the stamps are from Jaded Blossoms.  The stamp set is called Here's the Scoop, and the sentiments used are so perfect for this project.  Of coarse, no treat project is complete without the treat, so I added these colourful Mike & Ike's.

Opposites Attract!

Good morning!  Today I have a project to share that I created for a challenge over at Pretty Cute Stamps.   It's their first ever challenge, and the theme is anything goes.

The stamp set is "opposites attract".(which was a free gift that was sent with an order I had placed)
The salt and pepper shakers are a svg cutting file and the cute faces are from peachy keen stamps.

Love how it turned out.  I'm going to give it to my husband for our anniversary today!  "Happy 25th!"

Thanks a Latte

Wow, I can't believe it's already June 6th, and the end of the school year is near.  Time to start working on teacher appreciation gifts.

I got this adorable cup gift card holder from svg cutting files.  For the face I used a peachy keen stamp.

And to finish it off, I stamped "thanks a latte" and added a Starbucks gift card.
